Are you a business that may like to collaborate in a Pop-Up Yoga or Meditation event?
What do I need to bring to a yoga session?
BYO mat, water bottle, comfy clothes you can move in (layers are great!), and any props you like to use. My main suggestions would be:
A yoga block (or 2) not only to make poses more accessible but use as restorative support too.
The humble towel has many different uses:
- padding under the knees
- can use like a strap to make poses more accessible
- rolled as a bolster
- folded as a seat cushion
- blanket for relaxation
Light or warm blanket depending on the weather for relaxation.
Chairs (for seated yoga or as a prop) are great of course, and if the yoga you're attending is in a hall usually no need to bring unless need a specific type for your weight and/or comfort.
Are your classes beginner friendly?
Yes! In fact, I love that you're a beginner and interested in yoga! There are many accessible options, even in our community classes, however if you want to start with a private in person or Zoom session first just reach out :)

There are 2 options to choose from for an In-Person 1 hour session at your own venue:
REPLENISH - A gentle movement and restorative style yoga practice with somatic releases, closing with a mini relaxation.
RECALIBRATE - Centre, focus and circulate with breathwork, strength and stabilisers, yoga flows, closing with a mini meditation.
Your investment:
$100 per hour for 1-5 people, or $200 per hour for larger groups (travel fees may apply).
