By participating in any session/ event/ series with Emma Harley, Potter + Pace (including any employees, contractors and substitute instructors), you agree to all of the below, along with any specific waiver required upon registration of an offering.
- If you need to cancel a private session (in-person or Zoom live-streamed) it is necessary to cancel more than 3 hours prior to the start of the session to be considered for a refund.
- If you are not happy with the Zoom live-streamed sessions for reasons outside of my control, please put your request for a refund in writing to me and I'll be happy to consider.
- There may be times, unfortunately, that Potter + Pace will have to cancel a session. In this case refunds will be provided for both single class group and single class private Zoom live-streamed sessions, however if the event is part of a 'series' then an alternative session date may be provided instead, not a refund.
